SPOKZ Cycling Inc. built the SPOKZ EDGE app as a free service. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use the app.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:
- Profile photo — optionally uploaded by you, stored securely in cloud infrastructure, and may be visible on your public profile.
- General location — optionally provided to enable weather information relevant to your area. We request only a general location and never collect or use your precise location. Location data is not retained after use.
- Cycling activity data — imported from third-party cycling platforms (such as Ride with GPS) at your direction and stored securely within your account.
- Log data — in the event of an error, we may collect technical details such as your device's IP address, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of the error.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to provide and improve SPOKZ EDGE. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party.
Third-Party Platform Integrations
SPOKZ EDGE can import your cycling data from connected platforms such as Ride with GPS. This data is imported at your request and remains within your SPOKZ EDGE account. We do not transmit your data back to any third party or share it with external services.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, stored securely in cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via the Account Settings screen in the SPOKZ EDGE app. Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data. If you experience any difficulty, contact us at [email protected].
